Mixing Head Exchange Program

  1. This program should be used if customer is in a down situation or cannot wait to have their production mixing head repaired.
  2. Hi-Tech will take customer's mixing head in for repair and replace it with an equivalent mix head.
  3. If Customer requests to have his specific mix head returned, Hi-Tech will exchange the heads so that customer has their original mix head.
  4. Call Hi-Tech for pricing and availability.
  5. P.O. is required.

Mixing Head Rental/Buy

  1. Mix Head Rental = cost per week with 4 weeks minimum rental.
  2. Additional service charges will be charged upon return for cleaning and resealing mix head.
  3. If customer intends to purchase mixing head at end of rental: 75% of rental fee is applied to mixing head cost.
  4. Hi-Tech reserves the right to use reconditioned or new mixing heads for the rental applications.
  5. P.O. is required.

Mixing Head Application To Competitor Equipment

  1. Hi-Tech's engineering department will analyze the application and provide a quotation for the proper equipment changes.
  2. Hi-Tech recommends that the Hi-Tech service department do the installation.
  3. P.O. is required.

Mixing Head Warranty

  1. If a mixing head fails under warranty and customer is using the mixing head in production, Hi-Tech will send a replacement mixing head immediately or equivalent mixing head. An invoice will be sent with the mixing head pending return of the warranted mix head.
  2. Customer pays all freight charges. If customer requests service for installation, customer will be charged a service rate plus daily expenses.
